1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Auto Localizer ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Plugin.

2. Description of Service

Auto Localizer is a Figma plugin that helps you localize App Store screenshots using AI translation and upload them directly to App Store Connect.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin according to your subscription plan:

• Yearly Plan: Access to all features for 12 months, renewable annually
• Lifetime Plan: Perpetual access to all features, including future updates

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing your own API keys (OpenAI/Gemini, App Store Connect)
• Ensuring you have the rights to localize and distribute your content
• Reviewing AI-generated translations for accuracy before publishing
• Complying with Apple's App Store guidelines
• Any costs incurred from third-party API usage

5. Limitations

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of AI translations
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service
• Compatibility with future versions of Figma or App Store Connect

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license
• Reverse engineer or modify the Plugin
• Use the Plugin for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent license validation

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Plugin immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
