You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You purchased directly from our website (autolocalizer.app)
- This is your first refund request for Auto Localizer
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply send an email to support@autolocalizer.app with:
- Your order number or email used for purchase
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Your license will be deactivated immediately
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Request made after 14 days from purchase
- Previous refund already issued for the same product
- License violation or abuse of the refund policy
- Purchases made through third-party resellers
5. Yearly Subscription Cancellation
For yearly subscriptions:
- You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused time after 14 days
